Attorney Danialle Riggins

Danialle Riggins focuses her practice on counseling both employees and employers in all aspects of employment law including:  hiring techniques, employee handbooks, illegal discrimination, hostile environments, wage and hour issues, employee leave, contract and policies, harassment, retaliation, performance management, accommodations for disabilities, privacy, defamation, and protection of trade secrets. In addition to advocating for employees whose workplace rights have been violated, Ms. Riggins zealously educates and assist employers with workplace law issues.

Ms. Riggins has board experience representing parties in civil litigation in state and federal courts and in administrative claims. Danialle's focus on the employment rights of all has made her a respected attorney amongst her peers.  For employers, Ms. Riggins concentrates on reducing the risk of employment litigation and conducts seminars and training sessions for all levels of employees. She also directs internal workplace investigations. Danialle has served the citizens of Marion, Alachua, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, and surrounding counties.  Danialle has been practicing law here in the state of Florida since 2005.  Ms. Riggins recently opened the Riggins Law Firm, P.A., in Ocala, Florida in 2008.
